Leadership
Chris Leslie runs the day-to-day operations of Minter Holdings. He had an affinity for real estate early on, becoming a licensed agent in the Boston area after graduating magna cum laude from Boston College. Upon returning to Atlanta, he ran a research center for the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®, where he frequently consulted with and gave seminars to real estate industry leaders. The systems he put in place during his tenure there led to millions of dollars in transactions.
Chris then returned for his MBA in Entrepreneurship at Georgia State, and spent the following years working as a business consultant, enabling many entrepreneurs to realize their dreams. After helping numerous owners sell their businesses, he took on a role at a boutique Atlanta investment bank, where he guided owners through the process of buying and selling companies as well as obtaining capital for growth. He enjoyed helping business owners in many situations, from those looking to retire and reap the rewards of their years of hard work, to others with companies in distress, and still others needing advice and resources to grow. In his spare time Chris enjoys playing guitar, exploring the Beltline, and (having lived in Spain for 6 months) brushing up on his Spanish.
When he’s not running projects for Minter Holdings, Steve Leslie works as a Vice President on the investment sales team at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotels and Hospitality Group. His primary focus is on valuating, structuring and closing hotel and financing transactions. Mr. Leslie’s experience in the last several years includes closing on over $1 billion in hotel transactions and distressed debt while representing clients that include Blackstone, Colony Capital, Starwood, Goldman Sachs and Noble Investment Group here in Atlanta.
He obtained a finance & Real Estate degree at UGA’s Terry College of Business and a Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Outside of the office Steve enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and taking money from his father on the golf course.
Stephen Leslie spent his career in the textile industry, rising from a sale rep to eventually become CEO of multiple companies including the Thompson Company and Texas Apparel.
In 1997 he founded his own company, Image Merchandise Consulting, which works with textile producers throughout the world to optimize their operations and connect them with major brands.
As a CEO and as a consultant, he has not only helped grow many successful companies, but has frequently been called on to turn around failing ones. With his extensive network and deep understanding of business management, he has done just that countless times. His operational expertise is a critical part of Minter Holdings’ success.
In his spare time, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family including his 5 adult children.
Tim Leslie is a strategy, business development, and program management professional who has built strong trusted relationships, maximized growth, and driven results. He has his BS degree in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and a Masters in Business Administration from Emory with a focus in Management, Real Estate, and Marketing. His background includes experience in investments and financial analysis at LCG Associates and Lockheed Martin, management consulting and business development at Gallup Consulting, and Marketing and program strategy at Citigroup.
Outside of his professional career, he is a travel enthusiast, enjoys rock climbing, and is a strong volunteer advocate that enjoys giving back.
